A new approach to CBT-Fitness based coaching addresses the quality of the client–coach relationship.
We believe that respect is a combination of action, attitude and open-mindedness, urging coaches to recognize their own biases and beliefs and be willing to suspend them for the benefit of their clients.
Throughout our courses we will touch on the principles of respect and demonstrate how to incorporate these into the coaching relationship.
The RFC (Respect Focused Coaching) process will foster a better environment for clients to fully experience their thoughts, feelings and behaviors related to health and fitness.
