Fat-Shamed To Fit-Framed. A Story That Will Inspire…

“I get fat shamed everyday. I just say, thanks I love my body – Kill them with kindness my mom would say.” But really, all I wished for was enough willpower to starve myself, so that I wouldn’t have to live in this body one more day.”

This is what I felt like, until I took the leap of faith and took the 4-Week Food and Fitness Connection Course with instructor Jill Bunny. It was my last attempt at a “diet”… actually, I felt it was my last attempt at anything. I am sure glad I chose to take the course, and give it my all. From day one, reading the modules and going through the different tools, I knew that this would be something that would become very beneficial to me losing weight. I could sense my thought processes changing as the weeks went by, and even early on in my learning, I felt more positive about my weight-loss future and much less anxious about how I was looking and feeling in the present. I also liked how the modules were specific to me and my needs regarding “diet and training” and not just generic advice guides with no idea on where to focus.
